Harold and the Purple Crayon



There is just something about the book Harold and the Purple Crayon that appeals to kids.  It could be the simple illustrations, or that the main character Harold is easy for them to relate to, or that they connect to the idea of drawing simple pictures with crayon.  Whatever the magic is… it has been inspiring generations of kids since 1955!!!  If you don’t have a copy handy click on the link below and enjoy the four minute adventure into Harold’s world as the book is read to you.
